Carlton Arms is a unique, independently run art hotel in the heart of Manhattan. In over 35 years the hotel hosted nearly 200 artists in its residency program. All rooms, bathrooms, walls are covered in murals.

Private/Shared Bathroom Options
We have rooms with private bathroom and with shared bathroom.
Each room with shared bathroom has a sink. There is a separate toilet and a shower room in every hall for guests to use privately. Most rooms with private bathroom have bathtub with shower.

Occupancy
Single rooms have one bed. Double rooms have one or two beds. Triple rooms have one double bed and one single bed. Quad rooms have two double beds.
We don’t have triple or quad rooms with three or four individual beds.

No Room Service
We don’t have room service but provide towels or linen at guests’ request. Do not hesitate with any questions. We’re here to help you.
No Elevator
Please notice there is NO ELEVATOR. Hotel is a walk up and the lobby is located on the 2nd floor of the building.

Check in after 2:00PM (14:00h).
Check out time 11AM.

No TVs
We don’t have TVs or phones in the rooms. You can use the two phones in the lobby to call or receive messages.
Free Luggage Room
Free luggage room is available. Guests can store their bags after check out time. Luggage can be picked up anytime the same day.
Free Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi in every room. There is also a free machine for guests to use from 8 AM to Midnight.
Weekly Discount
Save on weekly rental: pay for seven or more nights upon arrival and receive a 10% discount. To make reservations, call our reservation phones or e-mail us at info@carltonarms.com as far in advance as possible. We’ll give you a date (usually a month before your check-in date) to call or e-mail back to re-confirm. Failure to do so will automatically cancel your reservation.
No Fax - Email Only
